To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事請食飯,一齊黎試新店,味道比預期中好,但貴了些呢。我地要左兩個 lunch set 再加小菜。烤夫:味道淡淡,食唔出咩味道。青瓜:脆口新鮮。雞絲粉皮:醬汁好香,青瓜絲和粉皮凍凍的好正,但火腿絲就微溫,配合得有點怪。酸甜魚柳:炸得外皮鬆化,酸甜比例適中,魚柳肉份量多d就好。燻魚:味道跟平時食既唔同,唔夠燻味,鼓油味太重。雲吞擔擔麵:麵的咬口好正,又唔會太重麵粉味,湯微辣野味。上海粗炒:粗炒好油,唔夠鑊氣香味,伴菜有苦味。小籠包:皮薄多汁,餡肉鮮味。煎餃:餡肉鮮甜多汁,但皮較厚。濃湯雞蓉腐皮卷:腐皮極厚又實,餡料少,濃湯無味,好差既一個菜。高力豆沙:鬆軟,豆沙甜度適中。味道雖然不是十分好,但大埔比較少呢類坐得舒服,食得精緻既食店,想寫意地食下 lunch,可以黎試下。
