3週年紀念日當然要去間有浪漫情調既餐廳fine dinning啦。所有食物都係即整,擺盤精美。焦糖法式燉鵝肝第一次食,估唔到鵝肝同焦糖一甜一鹹既食物夾埋一齊食都幾襯。餐廳好有心機將白麵包整成玫瑰花同整到外脆內軟,仲畫左樹枝俾玫瑰,點住美味既鵝肝醬食,一大享受。自家製蟹餅配檸檬忌廉汁好食,蟹餅熱辣辣又飽滿,配檸檬忌廉汁食幾夾。黑松露蘑菇忌廉湯配有一塊香脆既蒜蓉包。香煎澳洲西糟鱸魚·椰菜花蓉·紅孆豆·青豆比想像中大份,魚肉嫩滑,魚皮煎到脆脆地。鮮果·雪糕·杏仁·芒果擺碟精緻。我臨時問可唔可以寫祝福字句,字寫得好靚。叫左兩杯Cocktails,我叫左Chi-Chi,男朋友叫左Old Fashioned。Chi-Chi好易入口,偏水果同奶味多啲,唔錯。男朋友話Old Fashioned幾好幾抵飲,真材實料。一杯威士忌加糖漿俾你。
