Restaurant: Eat Well Canteen
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於大埔運頭塘的綠匯學苑，前身是舊大埔警署，現時活化為低碳生活教育中心。從前的食堂亦改造為主打健康、新鮮的低碳餐廳。餐廳提供各種時令素菜，個人對於主食就無咩興趣，今次造訪係為左試下個甜品😋🔆青檸薑批$𝟛𝟘 青檸同薑味都突出🥰呢度甜品唔會用蛋、奶同麵粉製作，只係用左珊瑚藻令佢凝固，所以唔會好似平時啲蛋糕咁實淨😬批底用左葵花籽，同平時嘅餅底好唔同😳咁健康嘅甜品食完都無負擔✌🏼🐰要重申呢度嘅主食睇落真係超唔吸引😂食落唔清楚但興趣不大，甜品就真係可以試下❤️位置好近大埔墟火車站，黎開大埔可以上去參觀加食個tea😝

青檸同薑味都突出🥰呢度甜品唔會用蛋、奶同麵粉製作，只係用左珊瑚藻令佢凝固，所以唔會好似平時啲蛋糕咁實淨😬批底用左葵花籽，同平時嘅餅底好唔同😳咁健康嘅甜品食完都無負擔✌🏼
