網上看到這家位於九龍區頗受歡迎的壽司店於大埔新開張,剛好有事情大埔處理後,一嘗新店。可能新開,未必太多人知,午市竟然不用等位,但位置不多,都是Bar位。一排對着壽司師傅,一排面向馬路街境。🌀(午市)立鮨特上壽司拼盤+湯及沙律 $152追加 🌀海鮮蒸蛋 $15 🌀軟殼蟹 $48🌀三文魚籽海膽大滿足(迷你丼)$108壽司拼盤一共有五件,分別有海膽,赤蝦,鮮帶子,油甘魚及吞拿魚,肥美鮮甜。壽司竟然是赤醋飯,有驚喜!湯及沙律也是免費加。麵豉湯一點都不馬虎,足料的海帶及豆腐,倍感滿足!蒸蛋不錯,夠滑溜,不過軟殼蟹十分失望,炸粉失色,沒有應有的軟殼蟹味道...看到餐牌的海膽飯圖片十分吸引,最後決定都叫一碗來試試。分量果然十分袖珍,但海膽量不吝嗇,吃完後實在飽飽,跟名稱一樣,大滿足!
