接近兩點去完朋友屋企準備打道回府,心血來潮想食壽司,去番之前食過嘅立鮨,直入餐廳唔駛等位,眼見「我推的壽司」大排長龍。坐低望師父嘅bar台位,QR code落單,點咗六件壽司,火炙三文魚、火炙帆立貝、火炙左口魚、鰻魚、海膽蟹肉、劍魚腩,上菜速度合理,味道一流。食完唔夠滿足點多三件,包括兩件火炙鯛魚同鰻魚,咁就真係大滿足啦,滿口火炙後嘅魚油,價錢就唔可以同連鎖果啲比,不過食材用料分別都食得出,個人同時偏好醋米同好討厭排隊,一定好評。

我第一次幫襯立鮨,是在旺角店,當時已覺得壽司不錯,新鮮好味,自從於大埔開分店後,一直很想幫襯,今日終於有機會。大埔店面積也不是很大,我坐上Bar枱,見餐牌也有不少set,但因是週六緣故,沒有午市限定,我叫了精選壽司定食8件,有海膽、日本真鯛、北海道帶子、珍寶赤蝦、北寄貝、三文魚、鰻魚、赤身,配上細細碗稻庭烏冬,對我來說這份量剛好。壽司非常鮮味,海膽清甜,另推介真鯛及赤蝦,以百多元的價格,值得推介👍🏻

整體係失望

小朋友話想食壽司,我帶左他們到立鮨,讓他們親自挑選,在等待食物時,他們對店名既讀音產生興趣,立鮨個「鮨」字應怎麼讀呢?我自己讀開G音,為怕教錯小朋友,特意上網查左漢語多功能字庫,原來「鮨」有4個讀音,分別為:奇、藝、芝、子,真係食壽司長智識。立鮨既壽司米與平時食開有點不同,佢唔係慣常既白色,係有點像混咗鰻魚汁既顏色,而且少少偏酸。尢於小朋友食,所以全部都係熟食,壽司是即叫即造既手握壽司,所以要等一下,整體味道唔錯。
