To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一大堆朋友去食飯,食蟹係主打大閘蟹今年豐收,我們又懶煮,所以一定要去食由於BOOK左位,所以好快入座先來鴨舌做頭盤,幾好味食完一碟,其他食物在接近時間同時上菜所以大家好忙執台,而且好趕,當然我明白廚房跟樓面難協調但客人就需要謠就......倒埋一碟,夾快D而湯來到要在車仔上等,因為已經無位放了個湯好好味,係佛跳牆,只係$128, 好抵而魚同燒鴨係孖寶,只係$218, 都算OK抵食 菜反而要88蚊碟,但勝在油不多糖果骨(個名忘了)就似煲湯後的豬肉,好老不好食重點是大閘蟹,$68隻,幾OK不錯甜品更抵食,$10, $15就有一份好抵!埋單每人不用$ 300
