To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千萬不要中伏。我與老婆來到荃灣，老婆想話搵D舊式傳統茶餐廳食早餐。我就來到兆和街。第一次幫襯兆和茶餐廳。飲品我要左個Coke Zero。 沒有問題。但我碗米線就大鍋了。要左個香煎雞扒米線加餐肉。雞扒同餐肉都正常。唔係好食但唔係難食。最差系碗米線。全部痴埋一舊，咬落口好似咬緊嘔吐物。我通常唔會叫人重整，但今次我頂唔順。同佢話米線好難食。佢話，甘換個碗上海麵比你啊。我話好啊。佢仲話：甘D送冇事啊嘛。我話冇事。佢就做過一碗齋上海麵比我。oh my god. 不能夠話仲衰過米線，因為米線已經超級難食。只能夠話差唔多。根本唔係上海麵。個口感似未煮熟嘅伊面多過上海麵。我鑑粗食完就走人。實在太難食啦。免費我都唔食。就算公仔面都好食D。佢地點樣能夠生存到今日架？
