To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都好鍾意食九州名物南蠻炸雞，之前喺日本嘅塚田農場食過佢嘅南蠻炸雞之後簡直係一試難忘，可惜香港塚田農場完全係行貴價路線，同日本嘅平民居酒屋價位差好遠，咁啱嗌網上外賣平台嘅時候見到有南蠻炸雞，無懸念即刻叫咗！大分南蠻雞便當 Chicken Nanban Bento $110「大分」指嘅應該係九州大分縣，但又咁啱佢嘅份量都真係幾「大份」！基本上一餐係唔會食得晒，便當入面有千本漬、蟹柳粟米番茄沙律、薯仔沙律、玉子燒同清淡的和風湯，好豐富！主角雞扒大大塊，仲有南蠻炸雞嘅靈魂－特製tartare sauce!佢個醬食落好似有薯仔同洋蔥蓉咁，甜甜酸酸好開胃，同香脆嘅雞扒形成對比，但入口嘅感覺好爽，唔知可以點形容。滑蛋吉列豬扒丼 Katsudon $110男朋友最愛，吉列豬扒雖然因為外賣送到嚟淋咗，但都依然好香熱辣辣，配埋滑蛋一流！花畑牧場芝士豚肉薯餅 Hanabatake Pork Raclette Cheese Minced Cutlet $48如果可以多返少少豚肉少啲忌廉就會好食啲！
