To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來大快活但求醫飽個肚,我點了炒滑蛋配吉列豬扒加柴魚花生粥,多士轉蘿蔔榚 (真係非常大食呀!)誰知餐來了,卻被那大大塊既吉列豬扒所嚇倒,簡直等同大家x餐廳吉列豬扒之兩塊多,不禁拿相機拍下。但同時亦心想,得個大字,不知會不會好睇唔好食呢。試了一小塊後,也覺得不錯呢,不會炸得太乾身及硬,吃時暖暖的,比對手餐廳質素還高,值得一讚!當然,不知是我好彩還是大快活的吉列豬扒件件是相同份量,等我冇咁熱氣時,再去試試吧!不過論及配吉列豬扒之沙律醬,大家x相對來講,是較為好味。

當然,不知是我好彩還是大快活的吉列豬扒件件是相同份量,等我冇咁熱氣時,再去試試吧!
