一到咗夏天咁熱,自然就唔想食好多野,食返餐越南河粉配小食就最開胃啦。係OpenRice度見到呢間越南菜咁多好評,又係銅鑼灣夠晒就腳,就一於試一試啦。打開個餐牌見到咁得意嘅,河粉有分size ,分別係regular, Large, XL and XXL,真係啱晒唔同場合,唔同人數,同埋唔同食量啦,好新穎又有趣!我同朋友一行兩人,就叫左一個Large 既特色牛湯粉,入邊有牛丸,牛坑腩片,生牛肉,牛柏葉,牛腩等等十分之足料。另外仲叫咗兩個小食分別係鮮蝦米紙卷,同埋碳燒豬頸肉。仲要左一杯凍鹹檸七。兩個小食,份量唔算好多,兩人Share黎食就啱啱好!碳燒豬頸肉燒得好好、肉質夠晒彈牙;鮮蝦米紙卷鮮味十足!唔洗點調味料都夠晒好味,呢個小食係健康之選!至於重頭戲嘅特色牛湯粉,個湯真係十分之鮮甜,配埋個河粉同埋生牛肉夠晒野味,真係食唔停口好香,好好食,更加就唔使講啲牛肉好林好好食。仲有不得不提,其實不論係手打牛丸,定係牛坑腩片生牛肉等等,佢都俾得好足料兩個人食每人最少都食咗幾舊,真係好夠份量啦。
