To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來訂了臺星期二晚上8:30,我們早到了半小時。去到是滿座了,侍應帶我們到旁邊的小分店,地點就在店子相鄰的地鋪。小分店雖然樓底較矮,但裝修很有溫暖感。米黃色的牆身配上編織小燈,較為寧靜。整體評語是芒果沙冰$30,青檸菠蘿沙冰$30近來吃了幾餐泰國菜,這裡的芒果沙冰最好飲。很重芒果味又夠冰凍,沒有假味很清甜。青檸菠蘿沙冰帶點鹹味,有少少怪,但可解渴。泰皇咖哩炒海鮮,$198很大碟,碟子有一隻手般長。咖哩汁下有大頭蝦,魷魚,青口和大蜆。咖哩汁香而不辣,適合香港人口味。所有食材處埋的火候很好,爽口彈牙,最重要是份量很多,真的很抵吃。蒜爆胡椒炒珍寶大頭蝦,$188又是另一個大碟,把我們嚇傻了,估不到又這般大分量。煮法原來是避風塘式,金黃色的炸蒜粒和香茅碎裡,隱隱約約見到4份巨型大頭蝦。把主菜慢慢挖出來,每份是開邊的大頭蝦,即共2隻。大頭蝦的巨型程度,是比samsung note 更長。食材本身有層薄薄的粉漿,像炸過不是炒過,所以肉汁都鎖了。把蒜粒撥開,露出雪白的蝦肉,非常結實,真的有"齒"雞髀的感覺。因為太巨型,反而想點下醬汁,發現伴燒雞的醬汁很好吃。如果是四個人,這個菜抵吃得不得不點。小曼谷

小曼谷五星燒雞(半隻),$108
本來點一隻的,侍應說我們兩個人,點半隻好了……她真是救了我們。因為燒雞未上枱時,我們吃大頭蝦己吃了八成飽。雞皮的油膩感燒走了,雞肉有汁不嚡口,也是不錯的選擇。點雞的醬汁微酸,配燒雞和大頭蝦都很好吃。
