To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后一帶一向出名好多好野食，今日放工就約左朋友食上海野。店舖地方不算大，但感覺乾淨，有副大油畫點綴，座位不算迫，坐得舒服。我同朋人點了4道菜，四川擔擔面（小辣），面質不錯，湯底調味得恰到好處，不會過濃過淡，朋友喜歡到連湯都飲埋！菜肉雲吞$48 8隻大大粒夠抵食，而且皮內有滿滿的肉餡料👍🏻回鍋肉$82有多塊肉片，份量算多，而且有小炒應有的獲氣，醬汁調味合乎我合味，不足數分鐘我同朋友已經KO左佢😂干煸四季豆$70炒得恰如其份，不會過濕過乾，而且四季豆吸收晒所有醬汁，好入味😋另外服務不錯，侍應主動加茶，食完好飽好滿足👍🏻但食飽要散一散步😂
