餃子屋長期排隊,一直都冇試過,今晚早左出黎,雖然都好多人排隊,但係有時間等下位,五點幾去等啲人枱都等左三個字。但係個老火湯真係不過我等左咁耐。同朋友share叫咗兩款餃子,粟米香菇豬肉餃同韭菜豬肉餃。兩款餃子皮入面包住除咗餡料,仲有好濃味嘅肉汁。但最值得推介都係個老火湯底,真係食到冇味精,個個都會飲晒成個湯!仲真係有花膠 🤤粟米餃有大大粒冬菇,全部都醃得好好,其實有小重口味,啲汁多到我怕流落個奶白色既湯會沾污佢😂
