To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日回家既時候，肚餓之際，想揾間餐廳叫下午茶外賣，起初見呢間茶餐廳唔太顯眼，望落仲有啲舊，我本身好中意食炸雞髀，不過見餐牌有炸雞髀食，就入左餐廳叫份下午茶外賣回家食。我同老公分別叫左2樣野食，我就叫左炸雞髀+薯條，我老公就食炸豬扒+沙律。🍗炸雞髀+薯條雞髀大大件，有手掌咁大隻，外脆内嫩滑，又多肉汁，一啲都唔會炸到好乾，加上薯條份量又多，食到好飽。🐷炸豬扒+沙律炸豬扒又係大大件，食落一啲都唔會油，沙律主要生果為主，感覺上好似健康一點🤣總結以上二份既下午茶，兩樣野都大份又抵食，雞髀即叫即炸，所以等候時間比較長一點，大家叫雞髀食要耐心等候。
