To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

噚日(21-10-2023 Sat)老公 嘅”爺爺”出殯日, 我哋過嚟香港至食早餐,就嚟個個都讚呢間,試佢嘅沙爹牛肉麵,我哋嚟到時好都重有位.睇完menu後,就決定要同樣$37.00嘅早餐A仿鮑魚絲火腿通粉,同B沙爹牛肉湯麵,但其中一份要炒蛋同加$5.00要牛角包,飲品就要熱奶茶同熱檸水.好快飲品同沙爹牛肉湯麵到嚟,然後老公嘅太陽蛋同牛油方包都到埋,佢一食沙爹牛肉湯麵就話係清淡,我都試啲,沙牛湯係清淡啲但不失味道,又有花生香而少少辣,牛肉係唔入味但滑,好啱我同熱氣但又想食沙牛嘅人,麵我就冇食到,而店員都有問我哋要唔要辣椒油,我哋唔要lu.味道:5分佢嘅太陽蛋同牛油方包我都冇試到.然後我嘅炒蛋同牛角包到嚟,牛角包鬆脆,好香牛油味,好味,可惜有啲烘過咗.味道:4.7分而炒蛋就熟晒,提議唔使炒咁熟,因為𠲖o家係唔興.味道:2.8分之後食仿鮑魚絲火腿通粉,通粉好腍,睇見湯嘅顏色好清,但原來有味,唔係只係鹹水而係有鮮味.味道:4.8分其實要將啲湯做到清淡得嚟又不失其味道先至係高手.而熱奶茶味道亦唔會太濃.味道:3分環境:其實所有位都舒服,有啲似扒房.服務:好有禮貌,會講聲多謝.題外話:原本前晚諗住嚟呢間食,可惜呢喥唔做晚市.

和記餐廳平時午市都要排下隊 多街坊過嚟食鋪面大 冷氣夠 環境都乾淨😇鍾意上佢社交平台可以睇曬一個月嘅午餐睇啱就會過嚟食今次嚟食下午茶☕️下午茶嘅瑞士雞翼配生麵都食咗幾次😋覺得幾好食 價錢又唔貴瑞士雞翼夠入味 又唔會細細隻 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻麵底幾好食 個湯就正常炸雞髀係生炸🍗不過唔係特別出色 無特別嫩 調味也普普通通🤧薯條就差啲 係茶記唔好食個隻薯條🍟炸出嚟比較乾身 😣小小失望整體嚟講係中規中矩嘅街坊茶記

每次黎西灣河做野,必定黎和記食完早餐先開工!咁啱老細話今日咁早未有沙嗲,一於轉下食早餐A,清清地 又唔會無味😍仿鮑魚絲火腿通粉- 配炒雙蛋- 牛油方包凍咖啡(+$3) 盛惠$38炒蛋方包都係正常野,但係個通粉估佢唔到咁好食,雖然係清湯但係好香,唔會死咸,仿鮑魚絲都好足料👍🏻最鐘意杯凍咖啡,睇個分層就知唔簡單,咖啡香 奶滑,茶餐廳咖啡有呢啲質素真係無乜邊幾間做到喇!平時我都係食沙嗲牛麵,今日試完新野都忍唔住要上黎讚下😘Have a good morning ~

雖然地點相對隱蔽,但係 和記餐廳 絕對係東區街坊心目中嘅冧巴溫茶餐廳!性價比極高!炒粉麵飯 - 大力推介 鹹魚雞絲炒飯,乾燒伊麵同星洲炒米。味道方面絕對比得上大酒家,炒出嚟嘅粉麵飯只有熱辣辣同埋夠鑊氣,唔會油淋淋。炸雞髀薯條 - 雞髀大大隻,塊皮炸到脆博博,你點忍得口?火候控制恰到好處。西多士 - 厚薄適中,一試難忘。其實仲有好多推介,例如 早晨既烘底餐蛋治,午餐既老火例湯同下午茶紅豆冰等等,絕對估唔到街坊茶餐廳都有咁樣既質素。

太安樓有好多好食既小食,東大街有各式餐廳,和記係呢個環境下搵到生存之道。下午茶餐,一款扒一款餸一杯野飲,叫左豬扒沙牛,味道正常茶記水平,份量Ok多,價錢仲有少少偏高。坐低見啲侍應同客有傾有講,先至明白你間鋪買嘅唔係食物,而係一直以來嘅人情味。
