To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事實上當日去到 心感不妙因為平日都要等最少15分鐘才可以內進吃飯本來還以為是不是閒日的問題 才小了這麼多人點了窩貼小唐菜,這個炸得還算香脆 不過比起以前 就差了點魚湯腐皮卷以前的魚湯 新鮮清甜 但現在的卻腥腥的腐皮就油了一點 不過整體還好啦另外還點了一個四季豆 及 苦瓜肉甫不過這兩個小菜都有欠新鮮而且豬肉也有點騷味
