To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們三個人9/10,點了馬蘭頭和薰蛋做頭盤,龍井蝦仁、紅燒牛肋條、松子魚,奶油白菜,再8年分紹興,我是大失所望,原因:上菜完全沒有應有的品味和對客人應有的體貼,頭盤才剛放下,酒還沒温好,就堆上龍井蝦仁、我忙不請上菜慢一點(不是要趕客人吃快點,快點離開吧!),誰知,告知松子魚已做好,我們點菜不到十分鐘,怎麼這麼快?第二,果然松子魚不像現做的香嫰,吃不到松子,再上的牛肋條,更是只看到的是一條大肋骨,肉少又柴,甜醬味完全蓋過肉質應有的香味,與十里洋場吃的,真是差太遠了!第三,酒釀圓子、酒釀湯圓,只能歎口氣了。總之,太差了!
