沙田18 @ 大學呢間餐廳出名片皮鴨…所以更係要點黎食啦…同其他餐廳一樣, 呢度都會提供青瓜, 大蔥絲俾大家包鴨用。 師傅亦都會即場片開隻鴨…唯一唔通既係會片開唔同部份分開上(好似分左3碟, 宜家好多餐廳都會咁做)…服務員都會介紹唔同部位味道分別同點樣食係最理想…我最鍾意就係唔知邊度既片點沙糖食…真係放入口有朕鴨酥香同鬆化😍😍…個薄餅就好一般…覺得以前嗰種拎上手有d麵粉嗰種先正宗。因為片皮鴨兩吃…所以有個炒鴨鬆…味道可以…不過唔特出…再點左例如叉燒, 湯菜, 炒飯等等…食物都唔錯整體食物質素, 服務都ok…不過價錢偏貴…隻鴨係幾好味不過聽講成$6××😅😅
