To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天走進中大校園,發現原來這兒有一家吃點心和中菜的酒樓,就去試試它的點心。點了三款點心:韭黃鮮蝦腸:賣相精緻,蝦肉爽口彈牙,腸粉的皮又薄又滑,味道不錯。雪山叉燒包:皮夠脆,內饀味道好,若饀料更多一點就更佳。醬皇蒸鳳爪:鳳爪很軟,醬汁味道佳。除了點心,還點了普洱茶,茶很滑,味道也很好。這兒食物味道好,環境也不錯,若到中文大學去,可以一試。
