To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 頹頹地就去附近大家樂食午飯,叫了一個豉椒排骨煲仔飯配碟生菜,仲有杯中國茶跟餐。俾完錢後就坐下來等叫牌,等了大概十多分鐘,終於拎到餐。豉椒排骨煲仔飯熱辣辣上枱,入面有一隻鳳爪,差唔多有成八塊排骨,都幾真材實料,豉椒鳳爪排骨幾入味。不過煲底的飯有點濃,甚至已經變成焦黑了。由飯焦變飯炭,可見廚師既火候控制得唔係太好,不禁令人有點失望﹗幸好,隔離碟生菜幾翠綠,可以減去煲仔飯既油膩感,另外,杯中國茶都幾濃,可以解膩。
