To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日工作繁忙,必須速食,在大家樂用膳好處就是不需要細閱MENU,從小到大已把MENU 植入腦海,省時非常。一瞥間決定好要吃叉燒切雞瀨粉,飲紅豆冰。大家樂效率高是無容置疑的,但之後找座位確是煩惱,大多數客人外賣拿走。我拿了食物找座位再問大概三次才順利坐下來,但我並沒有忘記我是很趕的。叉燒切雞瀨粉賣相吸引。我在鯨吞之際感受到食物麵湯微微灼熱,溫度適中。不過咬著咬著竟發現有Al-Dente (烹调得不太軟的,耐嚼的)  的感覺,大概是有點未熟,恐怕是廚師們也跟我一樣忙吧。我亦情願而有點生,也不要太稔。紅豆冰以即棄膠杯盛載,冰和水跟奶斷層,喝下只有水味道。不到10 分鐘我就吃飽離開,姐姐爽手的清理桌子讓下一位食客用餐,延續著香港速食文化。
