To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日好好天，所以一早由大圍踩單車去大尾督。踩到兩三點就入咗大尾篤，見有啲肚餓所以入咗呢間泰式餐廳食。我見裏面都好多人坐咗好多人所以應該都好食。我地叫咗個泰式無骨豬手飯同一碗芭堤雅喇沙肥牛米線。呢個價錢唔包野飲，算係比較貴。-泰式無骨豬手飯一嚟到個賣相好好，豬手好有色澤，食落去唔會太肥膩，肉質方面普遍比較軟同淋😋但有一舊啲肉質比較實，可能因為係邊邊位。咁滷水汁唔會太咸撈飯啱啱好。所以呢個豬手飯幾好食。-芭堤雅喇沙肥牛米線呢碗喇沙肥牛米線正正常常，啲料都好足。首先講吓個湯底，第一啖就飲到好重椰汁味，好香好好飲，我差唔多成個湯飲晒。肥牛嘅份量都算正常，有四五片到。如果大家嚟到大尾篤玩嘅話，玩完肚餓又唔知食咩好的話，呢間餐廳係一個唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻

一嚟到個賣相好好，豬手好有色澤，食落去唔會太肥膩，肉質方面普遍比較軟同淋😋但有一舊啲肉質比較實，可能因為係邊邊位。咁滷水汁唔會太咸撈飯啱啱好。所以呢個豬手飯幾好食。
