今日清明假﹐預約左上門狗狗美容﹐所以整日都係屋企﹐而老公就開舖﹐收舖後接埋我去大埔大尾督出名的泰國菜館﹐菜館名稱『忠誠泰國菜館』﹐這間菜館日日都高朋滿座﹐一般要等半小時才有位的﹐可能今日係清明﹐好多人都拜山加上我們又夜來﹐所以5係等左好耐已經有位﹐菜單上見到金袍筍殼魚﹐這是我老公至愛﹐所以先來點左呢隻小菜先﹐其後加了泰式古法浸雞半隻、咸魚炒椰菜苗、生灼肥牛湯金邊粉。金袍筍殼魚即廣東菜的油浸筍殼魚﹐外皮炸脆又不失魚肉鮮𠰌﹐不過建議上碟將豉油分開先﹐如果5係外皮便不會脆了﹐且索晒D豉油﹐這樣魚便太咸了﹐泰式古法浸雞同廣東菜白切雞分別不大﹐味道都不錯﹐雞肉也很滑﹐咸魚炒椰菜苗咸味合到好處﹐最後埋單剛好$500﹐不收加一外還送泰式甜品。這間菜館長期客人多的原因﹐明白了。
