To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐。好友歡聚,星期五下班後一車車入大尾督,1930去到見到幾乎坐滿,幸好有訂位。是晚order :烤豬頸肉/魚露雞腳/冬蔭公/炒椰菜苗/蝦餅/咖哩雞/蝦餅。特別欣賞豬頸肉及雞腳,前者亮點在於佐汁,又香又辣,估計點任何食物都會變美味,後者則是自己偏好,魚露味不濃,不黏牙,正~其他菜色都屬正常發揮,同行小朋友覺得,冬蔭公味太重,我呢位重口味小姐則覺很有泰味,看不出小小一煲能有4碗。由於地點偏遠,沒車或不住附近的話,平日都很難會去光顧,吃過飯後到海邊走走幫助消化,一個美好的Friday night。
