To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野我真係由細食到大,次次黎都大尾篤一定要食。呢間野喺正租單車嘅鋪頭對面,鋪頭超大,一定唔會搵唔到仲要次次星期六日都一定好多人排隊,所以最好早啲嚟食,又或者book定枱就唔使煩啦。呢個釀雞翼我都係第一次食,入面好似有啲粉又有啲肉咁,少少辣,再點埋個甜辣汁食勁開胃泰式炒金邊粉通常都冇得伏得去邊,一個字——呢個泰式明爐生魚我都係第一次叫,一送到黎其實條魚已經熟,只係等佢個湯滾。個湯係酸酸地嘅,啲魚點個汁黎食超惹味。魚肉好嫩滑,配料又多,越食越滋味串燒鱔片係我每次嚟到必叫嘅一樣嘢食,佢燒到個皮好脆好好食,嗰鱔都好爽口,又份味,一定要叫黎試!呢杯野都係必叫,不過唔知點解今次飲覺得好甜,如果溝多啲水咁就會好飲啲啦
