有時想食吓港式茶餐廳野食,但又想啲環境好少少嘅,好推介可以去K11間祥仔,本身喺餐廳門口見到有大電視機影住大廚張錦祥Ricky Sir介紹,先知道原來係佢主理嘅餐廳,食物水準一定有保證,晚飯時間超多客人,到我哋臨走先唔使等位,入面坐得舒服之餘,套餐亦都包埋餐湯同飲品,性價比高。我同朋友喺招牌排行榜同埋鐵板系列入邊各選一款。〈澳洲西冷牛扒配燒汁〉🥩牛扒預設嘅熟度煎得啱啱好,唔會過熟或者過生,保持到肉質嫩滑嘅同時亦都有好濃嘅牛味。薯菜份量亦都好有誠意,有洋蔥、薯條、西蘭花、椰菜花、蕃茄仔同粟米。〈鴛鴦叉燒煎蛋飯〉🐷🍳🍚果然係餐廳招牌,叉燒分咗兩款,包括有肉質嫩滑梅頭同油脂豐富五花腩,一次過食晒兩款嘅唔同叉燒品種,而且仲要係燶邊叉燒,再配埋蔥油同煎蛋,係超高水準嘅叉燒煎蛋飯。〈鹹檸七梳打〉 🍸〈黑牛〉🍫🍨杯梳打唔會落糖水,啱晒健康人士。而想邪惡嘅梗係要嗌黑牛,朱古力雪糕再配上可樂,好多餐廳而家都冇得飲㗎啦。
