To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好夜放工番到美孚已經10點,冇咩食店未關,見燉奶佬已經係除左麥當勞外唯一選擇,所以去左買外賣。9pm開始會有宵夜時間,餐牌上嘅野會相對平少少,但都四十幾蚊,加埋凍飲就接近$50一個餐喇。不過已比晚餐平叫左一個XO醬大蝦炒公仔麵。唔知係咪個大廚放假?呢個麵簡直唔係一個識煮野嘅人炒出黎1)蝦一啲都唔爽、亦唔係粉,係硬又乾好似正常蝦同蝦米中間個狀態咁⋯咁嘅狀態真係第一次食,另外亦全無蝦味。若果我係喺大陸食到呢隻蝦,我會完全懷疑係咪假蝦⋯但咁大個香港飲食集團我相信一定唔會。相信真係師傅問題2)麵炒得唔勻,有啲位冇色,全個麵亦豪無獲氣。喺我真係超肚餓嘅狀態,我先食到個麵。當然蝦就真係食左一啖就不了⋯
