尖沙咀太多人講呢間歷史悠久嘅印度菜,今日終於去試咗,原來有室外嘅地方,成個裝修好有印度特色,以佢依個價錢嚟講算係唔錯。酥炸菠菜配洋蔥蕃茄沙沙伴薄荷羅望子醬 這個配搭的前菜,唔鍾意食沙律嘅朋友可以試吓呢一個前菜印度夾餅蟹肉餡料 蟹肉內餡豐富,鍾意食蟹嘅朋友,不妨試吓炭燒雞柳肉質鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,彷彿雞肉與炭燒的完美結合。外層酥脆的炭燒皮讓整體口感更加豐富腰果蓉紅花羊肉 冇諗過原來腰果蓉係可以咁好食,雖然唔係幾食到腰果嘅味道,但係成個配搭加埋羊肉嘅香味就好正蒜香大蝦 口感煙韌彈牙,每一口都充滿著新鮮的海鮮風味。蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,配上香脆的蒜末,更添一層層次感免治羊肉餡餅肉質細嫩,調味獨到,充滿了各種香料的層次感。外皮酥脆的口感與內裡的鮮嫩羊肉完美結合烤餅至於烤餅,我就揀咗黑松露味同埋蒜蓉味,外酥內軟,配上腰果蓉醬更佳芒果 Lassi 清爽可口,甜而不膩
