To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於西營盤嘅墨西哥餐廳Verde Mar，菜式以牛油果為主題，有特色又健康！餐廳佈置充滿墨西哥風情，天花及牆壁掛滿可愛嘅動物裝飾，周圍亦都佈滿綠色植物，令人感覺好溫暖及舒適。💚Avocado Tostada $89以牛油果切片，砌成玫瑰花嘅擺盤非常精緻。牛油果香滑柔軟，入口即溶。牛油果底層以薄脆玉米片托底，配上辣椒粒，惹味又火辣🔥💚Super Nachos Big $159 食墨西哥菜，Nachos就梗係必點啦!香脆嘅薄片鋪上芝士、蕃茄粒、甜椒粒、豆蓉、牛油果醬同沙律醬。肉類可以自選，我揀咗自家製嘅烤豬肉，入味又香口，撈埋醬汁，一口接一口！醬汁唔會好濃或油膩，反而好清新，超級好食！💚WET Burrito Supreme $189呢個Burrito 好特別，以往食開嘅係乾身餅皮，第一次見係濕煮，所以一試。Burrito好大份，餅皮上面淋滿蕃茄汁。切開之後入邊係滿滿嘅材料，有我自選嘅雞肉及炒飯。雞肉嫩滑，飯粒煙靭，加埋香料同配料，香口滋味！💚Flan $78質感好似布甸，質感香濃幼滑滑，充滿蛋香。焦糖味啱啱好
