To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上海街原來都有蘇媽 之前喺荃灣食過一試難忘最鍾意當然係任添嘅肉骨茶啦~今次嚟到 原來餐廳仲推出咗更多新菜式~❣️怡保芽菜雞其實並不是用芽菜去煮雞 芽菜是用雞湯去汆燙的蔬菜芽菜短脆可口 爽口無渣骨髓仍看得到血的熟度 完整呈現雞肉的鮮嫩美味即使是雞胸肉都嫩而多汁 鹹香夠味最後淋上特製的香料雞油及醬油 撈飯食一流❣️百吉爹肉骨茶雙拼(豬肚、豬手仔)肉骨茶帶有鮮濃的肉香 配上香料的獨特香味加上慢慢滲出濃郁而不苦澀的藥材味道豬肚同豬手仔好入味 吸收晒藥材嘅精華仲配有冬菇、金菇、豆卜等等好吸湯嘅食材最鍾意呢度嘅湯頭唔會有一層厚厚嘅油 飲得好放心唔夠仲可以搵店員加湯㗎~除咗食嘢之外 呢度嘅裝潢好有特色充滿馬來西亞風情 打卡一流
