韓國生蠔 ~ 冬天先有得食,係今日嚟呢度encore嘅其中一大原因!佢冇一般食開嗰啲咁重海水味,肥大鮮甜,口感十足,冬季限定,推自家製泡菜、前菜 ~ 同之前一樣好新鮮,保持一貫水準,今次有海帶,帶少少麻油味,仲辣魷魚,同少少辣嘅酸蘿蔔絲,好醒胃。雜錦煎餅 ~ 煎得薄薄的,唔會食到好多粉漿,本人最愛免治豬肉煎餅同泡菜煎餅,好足料烤牛肋骨 ~ 係每次嚟都必叫的,烤得剛剛好而肉汁亦保持到,仲帶有少少煙燻味牛油炒鮑魚 ~ 用料係韓國鮑魚,好香濃嘅牛油味,鮑魚炒熟仍然好爽口,唔似平時中餐食開炆腍晒嘅口感,驚喜之作,定必再食人蔘雞湯煲 ~ 上菜時滾住上,打開煲蓋已聞到好香人蔘味,湯好濃,非常好飲,雞都好腍,入面仲有好多配料,如糯米、人蔘、紅棗等,好補啊一品真露 ~ 試店長推介嘅燒酒,飲時加冰加檸檬,有d似飲威士忌咁,飲落好醇 朋友唔夠喉仲叫了韓國啤 Hite
