To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前去Pierside食晚飯,雖則Window seats已滿,但坐的位置總算望到海。我地order左兩個set dinner。首先有龍蝦濃湯,啖啖蝦肉。然後有龍蝦青豆意大利飯,這個配搭幾特別,青豆味不太突出,不會遮蓋主角龍蝦的鮮味。我倆亦選擇了香烤龍蝦半隻,不過不失。甜品方面,選擇了焦糖忌廉爆炸泡沫咖啡慕絲同焗綠茶心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕。
