To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都有食開呢間早餐, 因為呢間好食過屋企附近個間, 所以專登坐早一班車返工, 打算坐低食早餐可以有個good morning。睇menu 原來佢話個魚柳而家升級左20%, 心諗咁好, 平時都好鍾意食魚柳, 大份點開心點。點知一收到個早餐真係好失望, 本來都冇打算寫食評....但望住個早餐最后都忍唔住影左相。最睇唔順眼的係隻炒旦, 我雖然要炒滑旦, 但都唔駛滑到咁, 平時食都會靚靚地一個圓型, 但今次竟然係一pat 野咁撻左係個碟邊, 見到都唔多開胃, 我個日早左到, 去到都冇平時咁多人, 唔係好多餐要出, 都唔明點解都可以咁是但, 雖然快餐點都唔會期望佢擺點食物會好靚, 但起碼都要正正常常ga ma.....同佢地個"做足100分"的宗旨差好遠lo....好在杯茶走都仲係好飲, 但個所謂加左20%量的魚柳真係唔係好覺lo...同平時差唔多都唔覺大塊左...最差係平時我最鍾意的他他醬竟然變左做普通沙律醬, 失望
