朋友電話荃灣有間油渣面好味又吾係餐牌度,好似好特別,而我又好耐冇食咁就一行四人入去荃灣食..點知.....去到係舊式大排檔有冷氣,坐得都舒服,比較嘈左少少,當然我地帶左2支白酒同啤酒啤啤佢先....叫左6樣已經堅飽。麻辣墨魚頭$75:墨魚頭,木耳,中華沙律加蒜茸和辣整成,辣度吾叫多剛好,蒜味重加上木耳脆口和墨魚頭堅新鮮,厚肉得黎吾難咬。怪不知會變成招牌菜式。酥炸魚肉角$58:上面少許魚肉加入面豬肉,係出面很少見到。一碟有八件份量都多。其實不用酸辣汁都味道足夠。但唯一比較油身。仁渣面$118:係餐牌裡面冇既菜式,用蝦,花膠,魷魚,蝦子棑整成既面。材料新鮮夠火喉又吾易咬,熟得剛好。份量又多同味道夠。刴椒鱔$88:黎到份量吾叫好多,但個重點紅青椒堅吾夠,所以沒有獨有的酸辣味。失望。招牌小炒皇$72:用九菜花,鮮魷魚,蝦乾,菜甫炒出黎堅香同魷魚厚身但爽口吾難咬,少少辣送酒一流。所以今次選擇偏甜易入口既白酒送小炒。有粉水煮牛肉:比心目中失望,份量吾叫多,辣吾夠同牛肉有少少鞋。本來配料少仲要冇粉𢇁之類,但之後同返竹侍應講可以加少少粉𢇁而不用收費。最後4個人每人$130左右結帳,而待應哥哥仲拿左啤酒

最後4個人每人$130左右結帳,而待應哥哥仲拿左啤酒同我地傾左陣計添....原來仲有自帶海鮮黎整,加工價錢都可以接受,已經諗住下次再黎拉隊。
