之前去左chef stage 度食野,果時睇食評見好多去左果度嘅人都有黎呢間,所以今日特登黎會一會黎果時都幾黑仔,樓下壞左部𨋢,搞到我明明book左7點,成撘3撘4先到,等到我出哂汁。不過上到黎涼翻,同埋見倒個環境心情都好翻哂Btw,都幾多人黎呢度食野,建議大家book左位先。同一部𨋢有一半人都係黎7樓個海鮮拼盤真係好吸引,我覺得隻鮑魚係最正。一黎我自己好鐘意食鮑魚,二黎佢真係整得好好。同埋岩岩等𨋢等到好熱,食啲凍野係爽啲嘅。隻鮑魚好新鮮,佢調左味令到隻鮑魚除左鮮味之餘仲入味。雖然係冷盤,但成盤野都冇一樣野係腥嘅。啲海鮮好新鮮,帶啲海水味。黑松露蘑菇湯入面好多蘑菇碎粒,飲嘅時候好有咬口。而且松露味都幾濃。同樣都係黑松露,不過我鐘意呢個黑松露年糕多啲。食過年糕嘅都知,年糕本身就係冇味,得個口感,味道嘅來源就係佢啲汁。所以個汁真係好重要。呢個汁較為稀,係忌廉汁加黑松露。黑松露本身就好香,同忌廉汁好襯。忌廉汁通常都好濟但呢個汁稀稀地所以食完冇咁濟嘅感覺。我本身唔食牛脷嘅但係我都試左小小呢個牛脷食落有小小似食緊牛餐肉咁,但啲肉較為林同軟身口感有小小似食軟線線嘅肥肉。一開始睇鮮魚都唔知係咩上,上

個海鮮拼盤真係好吸引,我覺得隻鮑魚係最正。一黎我自己好鐘意食鮑魚,二黎佢真係整得好好。

一開始睇鮮魚都唔知係咩上,上到黎見倒係倉魚,即刻鬆左啖氣。

事關我好憎算骨,幾驚係多骨嘅魚。

條魚燒到個皮好脆,一啲都唔腥,面頭有小小鹽同黑椒吊味。

甜品係cheesecake ,個cheesecake 底層有啲芒果,令到個蛋糕冇咁creamy。

側邊有芒果汁,我覺得點左啲芒果汁甜甜地更加好食。
