今次嚟到西營盤,好多人都會講嘅炒小菜餐廳。環境似足7、80年代舊式香港裝修,氣氛滿滿之外,整體味道高質。🍺大啤:大排檔feel當然要叫番支啤酒,而呢度最出名當然係用「戰鬥碗」嚟飲酒。同朋友嚟可以劈過你死我活😂🌱豆漿杞子鮮腐竹浸時蔬:用豆漿做湯底,配上杞子同新鮮腐竹,豆味非常重,甜甜地好似飲緊豆漿。再用嚟浸蔬菜,非常健康 🌱香煎黑松露手打蓮藕墨魚餅:又煎到外脆內軟,墨魚餅口感彈牙,配上粒粒蓮藕,增加口感。而黑松露味非常香,再度提升味道層次🌱楚撚記原隻脆皮炸豬手:果然係招牌菜!分量多,新鮮炸出嚟豬手表面非常香脆,豬手又夠鹹香味,值得一試🌱楚撚豬油撈飯 / 白飯 :懷舊菜當然要叫豬油撈飯!豬油同豉油係分開上枱,根據個人喜好而自己添加。豬油非常香,而豉油都夠味。完全係食緊當年細細個時候嘅味道🌱乳鴿:好正!一定要試!
