本想慶祝同事升職,簡單食餐飯。本身食過覺得食物非常適合口味想再食。點知入店內禮貌地想拎飛等候帶位之際,被一名帶眼鏡、戴口罩、負責收銀既男職員直呼離開餐廳。本想再次禮貌地請求取飛等候,仍被直呼「你出番去!」亦無其他指示取飛。最後因為三請取飛不果,最後離開貴店未能嘗試貴店既食物。本想開心地慶祝,但最後失望落幕而回。貴店員工之服務態度非常差劣,讓我不敢再回貴店光顧。本人亦知自己非貴客,只想好好享受貴店之出品。但願貴店能嚴肅處理該員工之服務及態度,亦希望能再次光顧享受貴店之服務及美食。

之前有食過「火鍋撚」,但就無食過「楚撚記大排檔」,不得不說香港大學站依間分店都真係幾高人氣,閒日晚市尚未開始,店外已經大排長龍,正式開市後簡直係全院滿座,所以大家若果想嚟光顧一定要預早訂位吖!另外,餐廳並無收取加一服務費,但居然都有提供茶水,仲有送糖水俾客人食,服務幾好。楚撚記原隻脆皮炸豬手(單點$166),豬手已經去骨切件,豬皮色澤金黃,食落脆卜卜,充滿骨膠原,豬手肉肉質嫩滑、帶有筋位,味道鹹香,食落啖啖肉,配以黃芥末、泰式甜辣醬食用,味道更佳。菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉(單點$119),採用梅頭肉製作,肉質爽口、肥肉部份較少,炸漿厚薄適中,表面裹滿糖醋醬,口感濃稠,味道酸甜,帶有拉絲效果,配以拔絲食用,帶有硬脆口感,配料包括有海鹽焦糖蜂巢脆餅、菠蘿、彩椒、黃桃。飛天通菜煲(單點$92),使用砂煲呈上,採用蝦醬、蝦乾、指天椒、蒜頭製作,蝦乾味道鹹鮮,通菜口感爽脆,食落好惹味。楚撚豬油撈飯(兩碗$50),豬油、豉油、香蔥、芫荽全部另上,自己可以控制落幾多配料嘅份量,而且配料可以無限任添,蒸白飯配以豬油、豉油、香蔥、芫荽食用,食落豬油油脂味濃,但整體食落不油膩。陳皮紅豆沙(跟餐$0),口感起沙,略嫌
