To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時食太多連鎖食店或者大商場的食店都想搵D街外不同的味道試下，所以一于去坑口村搵食！一入村口見到呢間都幾多人食，幾乎坐滿曬l，啱好室內有位，所以選擇左入邊坐，座位好逼，可能枱擺得密!滷水鵝件：原本想點鵝片的，剛好無曬，但係鵝件也不錯，好入味，而且又不會太肥，豆滷水豆腐好嫩滑，花生更加係炆到淋曬，好好味！黃金蝦：好重牛油咸蛋黃味，好香，咸蛋黃起曬沙，蝦仁🍤雖然炸過但依然保持有彈性同爽脆，呢個菜好味，必點檸檬🍋雞：雞件炸得好脆，而且仲有汁不會干，雖然係冰鮮雞扒但係完全無雪味，處理得好好，配上酸微微的檸檬汁，好開胃，仲意香口嘢的朋友不容錯過！炸乳鴿：乳鴿夠大只，有肉而且炸到個皮脆卜卜，點上懷鹽，簡單係送啤酒的第一選擇腐乳通菜：好有鑊氣，通菜爽脆，非常惹味！
