To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗的這家酒家,雖然位置並非地鐵站的核心街道位置,仍然有很多人,高朋滿座,就算今天是閒一的日子,也坐得很多人。我和朋友七點半到達,也要等一陣才有得入座,對於大家所說嘅市道不景扯不上任何關係。酒家有兩個鋪面位置,我們一入去其中一個位置,枱與枱坐得很密,非常熱鬧。《金豪和味雞》擺盤精美,雞肉很嫩滑,唔會煮得太過鞋,而且入味,這餸來食飯很夾,再加上有薑蓉直頭可以食多機碗飯,今次叫了半隻,在食了一件後,感覺後悔沒有叫全隻。《蘿蔔清湯腩煲》雖然說是清湯,但放了牛腩及蘿蔔味道的湯頭清甜,牛腩肉嫩,鬆化之餘亦有咬口,蘿蔔亦很入味,一口無根無冷。這酒家嘅食物有大排檔鑊氣,雖然酒家環境不是很很靚,但又很有街坊感覺,很貼地,就好似我以前細細個喺樓下酒樓食嘅感覺一模一樣,很有親切感。
