近來喜愛上樓找野食,經過銅鑼灣渣甸街,給這個店名吸引了,西餐。大排檔咁cross over?一於上去試試,因當天比較早,所從冇乜人等life,上到去一見到d裝修好有懷舊feel,霓虹燈招牌,一排板凳等位的(記得小時候痞過)內裡裝修得光潔明亮,座位亦相當舒服,好舒適的大排檔。Set Dinner 選擇亦算多樣,而且價錢亦合理,問侍應有乜好推介,他推介黑毛豬肉眼,因肉質好可以做七成熟。豬都可以唔使well done?就叫一個試下,另外再叫多個牛,另外加錢有海鮮拼盤,同老婆兩人加左兩set試埋佢得唔得先,反正主菜要等當然要食d頭盤啦。海鮮拼盤:8.5分,賣相都幾吸引而且不似一般西式海鮮盤,兩款醬汁自家調配,生蠔囗感比較脆口,海水味不重,加上這個香草醬有d泰式feel,match ,相當好味。另外黃色的叫蜜糖麵鼓醬,用來配帶子刺身,帶子肉厚清甜配上此醬,多了一點的鮮味,不會咸亦不會蓋過帶子的甜,凍蝦新鮮爽口,蟶子爽甜。ok鮑魚原隻磯煮,有淡淡的酒香和醬油香,蠻配鮑魚味的。冷盤做得相當有心思。食完頭盤當然上餐包餐湯,估不到餐包都不馬虎,熱熱的而且外脆內軟,充滿麵香,good,牛腩羅宋湯:9分,簡
