- 餐廳一開始就安排左四式前菜,每款各有特色,我地最鍾意Panna Cotta,底層用上自家醃制青口肉,中間個層加左青口及cream 打成既奶凍,上層搭配埋以雞油炒香既香蔥碎同矜貴魚子醬,呢道菜鮮美爆登,夠哂精緻,食得又睇得!
