To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

建議：去唔到日本，黎依度思鄉夠方便💚係#試伏專員 U君力推下，終於去左西營第三街食松屋👍 黎得食日式甜品點少得帶埋，上次一起試伏#天吉屋 既S君 😌 之前我地試過係宇治全日喪食茶類甜品 (真係日本個個宇治市🇯🇵💚)今次試左：焙茶卷+紅豆白玉 ($50)焙茶味忌廉量夠多，不過茶味唔夠濃😌 白玉口感👍 唔會太淋/太硬，配紅豆真係無敵抹茶雪糕心太軟+抹茶蕨餅 ($68)一出即上台，抹茶味超濃🤭 食左一啖有回甘，啲抹茶仲係甘流出黎 (見圖3) 💚 對於唔太鍾意黃豆粉既K君，一向都少主動叫蕨餅。不過今次見有抹茶蕨餅，就試左啖🤭 真心唔錯👍 啲抹茶粉真係好濃😋 口感夠煙靭冰抹茶 ($35)唔係溝糖漿溝出黎，真係直接用抹茶粉沖👍好飲
