To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每個月我都會去一次長洲,因為想食老店甘永泰魚蛋!上星期假日去長洲實在太多人了,排隊的人龍很誇張,肚子又很餓,我就在Openrice 找了一家串燒店,試一下不一樣的美食!這裏的食物選擇很多,我們點了好幾樣試下好不好吃。超可愛的脆脆平安包,賣相很精緻!來長洲當然要嚐嚐平安包!有芝麻味和流沙奶黃口味。口感有點似炸饅頭,外脆內軟,很好吃!而且留心效果一流,選這個打卡就對了!桂花蜜漬車厘茄很清新的桂花蜜,令到酸咪咪咪的車厘茄帶點清甜,好味!冰鎮黃金咖喱魷魚這個夏天吃一流,冰冷的魷魚透出惹味的咖喱濃香,冰冰涼很舒服風琴豆卜很惹味的豆卜,少少辣,好吃!炙燒雞皮雞皮燒得很香脆,師傳的功夫很厲害!點了個冚家富貴套餐,有很多款炸炸小吃,墨魚咀 、白飯魚、鹽酥菇 、大雞軟骨、燒賣 、薯格等等。每款都炸得很脆口,粉不會太厚。我最愛墨魚咀和大雞軟骨,喜歡它們的口感!蝦籽撈粗我們肚子很餓,所以還點了個撈粗吃,沒想到味道也很可口!食到一半可以把湯倒進去一起吃。
