To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排去左食呢間係旺角既烤魚🥰見好多人都有介紹呢間幾唔錯就決定去試下！雖然佢哋嘅招牌係酸菜魚🐟但係佢哋既烤魚都好岀色😚-🥢重慶麻辣火鍋魚一上枱就聞到麻辣味超級香！好多香料係面頭✨魚肉又厚又冇乜骨，啖啖肉食得好滋味，而且煮到非常入味☺️ 除咗魚大條之外，入面仲有好多芽菜，金菇同豆卜，超正😆🥢蟹棒🥢蓮藕🥢出前一丁一開始我哋驚唔夠食，就嗌多咗兩個配料可以加水當火鍋咁🍲 不過煮得耐出前一丁就有少少太鹹，不過辣味依然好足好濃🌶🥢菠蘿沙冰🥢芒果沙冰飲品正常發揮，雖然係水果沙冰但係都唔會太甜。-好少可可以喺香港食到咁大條咁好食嘅烤魚🐟而且都好有大陸風味，下次一定要去試吓佢哋嘅招牌酸菜魚😚
