早幾日約左朋友出旺角食晚飯,落大雨所以就走左入銀行中心避雨,好耐無走過入銀行中心嘅我地發覺原來入面變左好多,仲多左呢間食越南野嘅餐廳,所以就即興揀左嚟呢度食飯。餐廳新開張不久似乎未有好多人知,當晚人流不算多,空間開揚座位闊落,難得嘅係旺角竟然有如此寧靜舒適嘅環境食餐飯。我同朋友都特別喜歡食越式嘅小食,所以我地全晚都主要叫小食為主。首先叫了道煙三文魚米紙卷,米紙卷就食得多,配煙三文魚倒是第一次,配撘新穎得來又意外地好味,米紙卷嘅皮又唔會太厚,食落有很fresh嘅感覺。然後上嘅係咸魚炒芥蘭,咸魚嘅份量剛好,咸魚味道濃郁又不會令整碟菜變得太鹹,芥蘭亦用料新鮮幼嫩。我地嘅重點當然就係呢個le viet拼盤,有齊春卷、燒豬頸肉、炸蝦餅同越式粉卷,心大心細樣樣都想試嘅最啱叫呢個!拼盤整體都做得好出色,豬頸肉燒得香口又唔會肥,特別鍾意個越式粉卷,有扎肉、菇等嘅餡料,一咬落去餡料多到一下子就爆晒出嚟,加上粉卷皮做得薄身又滑口,味道十分不錯。最後來嘅就係我地全餐飯嘅最愛咖哩軟殻蟹配法包,咖哩一直用蠟燭坐暖住,咖哩汁做得相當惹味,四大件嘅軟殻蟹亦炸得脆口又不失蟹嘅鮮味,浸落咖哩汁更加係一流!
