To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇同老公撐枱腳，所以就揀咗呢間位於觀塘嘅漁川粵時空。間餐廳非常之大，有好多座位，而且裝修屬於簡潔風格，大方得體俾人好舒服嘅感覺。❗💯*****時尚小炒肉/////豬肉的鮮香味道和青椒、洋蔥等蔬菜的清爽口感相互融合，入口非常爽口。*****川香回鍋肉/////辣度較高，但是味道非常鮮美。豬肉和青椒、豆芽等蔬菜的搭配非常完美。回鍋的做法令到豬肉更加入味，口感更加鮮嫩。❗💯*****冰鎮秋葵/////爽口滋味，而且會爆汁，證明好新鮮。*****重慶紙包魚/////魚肉鮮嫩多汁，搭配特製的麻辣調料和蒜泥，非常適合喜歡吃辣既人食。*****海鮮拼盤/////通常啲人食完紙包魚再打邊爐甘食，滿口都系麻辣香料既油香，又有麻辣醬料既麻辣後勁，味道層次豐富，大贊！❗💯
