To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Booking 爆滿的大班樓,終於捕到有位!門面普通,裝修樸素,但非凡嘅廚藝讓這間餐廳上了今年度「亞洲五十最佳餐廳」選舉的第五名。真是不簡單!當日試咗他們的套餐,因為咁難book位,諗住一次過試多幾款他們的招牌菜。食到飽飽濟濟,可能有啲貪心咗😝。前菜是大班樓子薑皮蛋,但待應話無晒子姜,問我哋轉唔轉前菜。我哋選擇照要皮蛋。皮蛋晶瑩剔透,皮蛋黃係流心嘅,我第一次試,好香,好好味。老陳皮五香牛肉好香口。另一半則覺得個汁醬不均勻,同埋味陳皮味可以再重些。超欣賞這個蜂巢芋泥煙鴨盒(左)尤其係個脆皮,炸得非常之鬆脆,食落口感好正👍🏻,係今餐其中一個深刻的食物之一。 金錢蟹肉香菇盒(右)都好鬆脆可口,但有一些普通。老火靚湯好清甜,好足料,包括有花膠同烏雞,冇得輸。雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉係我萬眾期待嘅菜式,由賣相至味道都沒有令我失望。我哋兩個食到津津有味。侍應收碟嘅時候,話第一次見到隻碟食清光,乜都冇。🤣 之前見有YouTuber話花雕味太重,食不出蟹的鮮味。我親身試咗之後,就不同意。可能我本身喜歡花雕的香醇味道,用得啱啱好,有酒嘅香味之餘,亦帶出蟹嘅鮮甜。啲陳村粉用嚟朔晒啲汁,簡直係完美的配搭!對

雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉係我萬眾期待嘅菜式,由賣相至味道都沒有令我失望。我哋兩個食到津津有味。侍應收碟嘅時候,話第一次見到隻碟食清光,乜都冇。🤣 之前見有YouTuber話花雕味太重,食不出蟹的鮮味。我親身試咗之後,就不同意。可能我本身喜歡花雕的香醇味道,用得啱啱好,有酒嘅香味之餘,亦帶出蟹嘅鮮甜。啲陳村粉用嚟朔晒啲汁,簡直係完美的配搭!

去到三蝦炒飯時,已經飽到郁唔到,只試咗一少啖,其他打包。炒得很乾身,很喜歡鮮蝦、蝦乾及蝦膏的這個配搭,鹹鹹香香幾好食,就算已經飽到上心口都覺得好味。只有一個小小的挑剔,就係覺得偏油咗一點。純粹個人口味。

去到甜品時間,好彩份量很袖珍。我特別喜歡那杯生磨杏仁茶,好香滑,連埋蛋白一齊食提升層次感。杞子雪糕方面,我本人覺得太重奶味,因為本身唔受得奶的味道,食咗兩啖就要麻煩另一半幫我清埋。當然有一半原因係因為已經太飽了~
