To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食壽司就諗都唔使諗黎左元氣，好彩唔使等位。三文魚: 不嬲都好中意食元氣既三文魚，有少少入口即溶既感覺，味道又幾鮮飛魚子軍艦: 飛魚子雖然細粒但每一粒都好有咬口，食落冇乜味道，著重係質感多啲甜蝦: 肉質有啲彈牙，好鮮甜同埋係新鮮既炙燒黑椒三文魚: 自己最中意既壽司，三文魚半熟，食到火槍燒過既少少焦味，又有軟滑未熟既部份。加左沙律醬同黑椒令味道更香同豐富。槍魷魚: 上面有少少薑，魷魚咬落彈牙但咬唔開，會覺得冇乜味日式燉蛋: 非常出色既燉蛋，有魚蛋、冬菇、粉絲、蟹柳做配料，配埋好滑既蛋食真係好正，蛋香好出而且調味岩岩好。軟殼蟹手卷: 蟹炸得好脆而且食到幾多肉，紫菜都脆，連埋沙律醬食好夾
