還有一星期就過新年,為咗迎接豬年,我決定同老公到Mokumoku食豚宴迎豬年。Mokumoku位於銅鑼灣永光商業大廈,由銅鑼灣地鐵站B出口一出行前少少就到。店內的環境好像舒服版的日式居酒屋,座位與座位有足夠的空間,全店有很多豬的擺設,氣氛好好,店員也十分有禮貌,有如去了日本的感覺。這裏餐點有好多選擇,以豚肉串燒、刺身為主,配以沙律、一品料理、雞牛羊蔬菜串燒、味噌煮物、食事和甜品。話明居酒屋,當然唔小得飲番兩杯,由於我們酒量尚淺,所以只叫了酒量不高的巨峰味汽酒和乳酸味汽酒,味道清新,飲多幾杯都唔會醉,啱晒我。蒜子蕃茄沙律蕃茄好清甜,配上酸酸咪咪的醋及帶甘甜的生蒜,又清新又開胃。豬肝慕斯平日食鵝肝多士就食得多,就一於試下豬肝慕斯。豬肝不肥膩,豬香味濃配上芝士更顯濃厚,不錯的小食。粒貝刺身粒貝即是螺貝,之前試過粒貝酒煮認真唔錯,今次就一於試下粒貝刺身。螺貝原隻上枱,師傅將螺肉片開一片片,片片厚薄適中,入口幼嫩帶爽脆,好鮮甜,好滋補。味噌煮日本蘿蔔這裏的味噌湯底肴得好香好濃,而蘿蔔是採用日本蘿蔔,入口無根,感覺滑溜,煮得好入味。特大帆立貝特大帆立貝用上清酒燒,燒完之後保留了帆立貝本身的鮮甜味,
