To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自但從入左會做 member 就成日都食元氣，始終用 apps 拎票等位真係太方便！今日同小朋友行完山，小朋友又話要食壽司，咁就當然遇好時間就用 apps 拎位啦.一去到門口就見到坐滿曬人等位. 幸好我地只要等2張.每次來都必食海膽尤魚. 呢 d 有紫菜既只可 order, 否則紫菜淋曬就唔好食.另外，都受叫大滿足. 的確魚生會比較大片. 好味！小朋友最愛既除左壽司，就必定係烏冬. 元氣既烏冬都有手打烏冬既質素. 夠煙in. 個湯都好味.簡簡單單食左約廿碟. 又一餐.
